Lara clamped her hands over her mouth and tried her best to keep from shivering, crouching beneath the underbrush surrounding the base of the giant tree. Well, it wasn't really THE Giant Tree that she'd seen on the horizon once, it was just a normal tree around here, but it was still larger than any tree from her home world was, and in Lara's opinion, larger than any tree had a right to be. Of course, the relative sizes of trees were really the least of Lara's concerns at the present moment. She was more concerned with whether or not the giant woman who had come stomping through had seen her or not. She prayed to whatever or whoever might be listening that it was the latter. Tears began to run down Lara's cheeks as the woman's stomping got louder and louder.
